Introduction
Homecare Connect / Site Task Manager is a connected digital-service concept developed and presented to Beechcroft Developments.
Homecare Connect is the central platform. Customers use its web application to report property issues and receive updates, while office teams use the back-office interface to review reports, create tasks, assign operatives and monitor progress.
Site Task Manager is the connected mobile application used by site operatives to receive work, view instructions, record progress and report completion.
My role covered concept development, service design, user flows, information architecture, UX/UI design, interface prototyping and presentation of the proposed solution.
